Who I am

I’ve spent more than 20 years immersed in the Western Australian real estate industry, from selling homes and marketing developments to mentoring agents and consulting for property groups.

Today, I combine that experience with a passion for strategy, education, and collaboration, helping developers, agents, and business owners navigate property with confidence and clarity.

My Evolution

My career began in residential sales, where I learned the importance of communication, negotiation, and trust. Over time, my focus shifted toward project marketing and en-bloc sales, leading campaigns for large-scale subdivisions and apartment projects across Perth.

Those years sparked a deeper interest in how strategy drives success, not just sales tactics, but the systems, processes, and mindset that create consistent results. That realisation led me to training, mentoring, and ultimately founding my consultancy, where I now advise others to grow their projects, businesses, and teams with purpose.
