Located 14 kilometres east of the Perth central business district, in the City of Swan, Anthea Park, Hazelmere represents a pinnacle achievement in my portfolio of managed projects.

 

This 26-lot subdivision encapsulates the essence of strategic planning, market acumen, and project management expertise.

 

As the project manager for the listing and sales of Anthea Park, I led a comprehensive campaign that transformed this subdivision into a highly sought-after residential enclave.

 

The challenge was not only to sell the vision of a new community but also to ensure each lot met the specific needs of potential homeowners, from young families to savvy investors.

The lots, ranging in size and configuration, provided a variety of options, catering to a diverse client base.

 

Lot 100, with its generous 787m², offered ample space for a sizeable family home, while lots such as 124 and 125, at approximately 450m² each, appealed to those seeking a more compact lifestyle.

With a dedicated approach to each phase of the development—from the initial groundwork and infrastructure to the final touches that make a neighbourhood feel like home—I ensured that Anthea Park's potential was fully realised.
